Hire a Software Developer in Albania
I’m Jugert Mucoimaj, a software engineer based in Tirana. I build across Python, .NET and TypeScript, from business software to backend systems and developer tools. You can inspect public code and project decisions before deciding whether to get in touch.

Start with the work
A portfolio is most useful when its claims can be checked. The project notes explain what each system is for and which technical choices are visible. The links below lead to source code where it is public. Produsera has a live product website and an interactive portfolio illustration; its source is not public here.
- envless on GitHub ↗ — a self-hosted configuration service with encrypted storage, versioned writes, audit records and live updates over SSE.
- esign frontend ↗ and backend ↗ — a React interface paired with a FastAPI service and PostgreSQL.
- XIFF on GitHub ↗ — a small Python language and renderer for drawing with geometric intent.
- Produsera website ↗ and project note → — a live modular CRM and inventory product; the technical stack is described in the note.
For a broader view, use my GitHub profile and LinkedIn profile. The engineering notes explain how specific public projects handle configuration changes and geometry.
What kind of work fits?
The projects on Rootframe cover full-stack applications, APIs, relational data models, business workflows and infrastructure. Produsera describes .NET and Blazor work in a multi-tenant business project. envless shows Python and FastAPI applied to a security-sensitive service. esign connects a browser application to an authenticated backend. These are different systems, but they share the need for clear access boundaries, traceable changes and interfaces people can actually use.
If your role is mainly Python backend, .NET/C#, TypeScript, or full-stack product engineering, compare the relevant repository and project note with your own requirements. For AI work, my background page describes training and data pipelines, fine-tuning workflows and MCP integrations. I have not published a standalone AI case study here, so a conversation is the right place to examine that work in detail.
Independent developer or software agency?
An independent developer can make communication and technical ownership more direct: you talk with the person designing and writing the code. That can be a good fit for a defined feature, a backend service, an integration, a technical review or a role embedded with an existing team. It also means capacity and continuity depend more heavily on one person.
An agency can bring several disciplines and more simultaneous capacity, which may be important for a large programme or overlapping delivery tracks. It usually adds coordination between the client and the people doing the work. Neither model is universally better. Start with the scope, the number of disciplines required, the continuity you need and who will own decisions.
Rootframe is my personal portfolio. If you need one engineer to work directly with you or your team, the public projects give you a starting point for evaluating fit. If you need a larger delivery team, an agency may be the more appropriate structure.
Working together from Tirana
Tirana follows Central European Time in winter and Central European Summer Time in summer. That makes working hours easy to compare with other European locations; the exact overlap with your team depends on its own schedule. For remote work, agree on the practical details early: repository access, issue tracking, review expectations, written decisions, meeting windows and who can approve a change. The public repositories show Git-based work; they are a better starting point than assuming a particular process from a location alone.
The portfolio already offers defined projects, contracts and technical collaboration as ways to start a conversation. It does not publish a rate card or promise a fixed start date. Describe the problem, existing stack and rough timeline, and I can say whether I’m a fit. Contracting and invoicing requirements depend on the arrangement and jurisdictions involved; confirm the right structure with your legal or accounting advisers.
Questions before contacting me
What should I send in an initial message?
A short description of the problem, the current stack, expected involvement and rough timing is enough to begin. You can prepare an inquiry or email me directly.
Review the work, then start a conversation
Choose a project that resembles your problem. If the approach looks useful, send me the context and we can discuss fit.
